design process

I have developed a thorough design process to ensure I meet every client’s expectations and create work that is truly unique and fulfills your needs. I’ll guide you through this design journey every step of the way.

01

briefing

After our initial discussions, you will be sent an online questionnaire, this gives me most of the information I require to strategise your brand. You will be asked to provide visual examples.

02

welcome

Welcome to your design journey! You’ll be sent a Welcome Pack which includes all kinds of helpful information needed throughout this process.

03

mood board

Once I have reviewed your Questionnaire and completed my own research i will compile initial ideas for your brand. Then I will send you a selection of Mood Boards to choose from. Your Mood Board sets the colour palette, style and tone for your branding. It’s the essence of your brand and will inspire the direction of all future design concepts.

04

brand concept

Be patient, great things are happening! This is the longest part of the Branding Process. I will research, plan and develop your brand. You will then be sent your brand concept.

05

brand development

Let’s check in! Throughout the process we have consults to review the brand development. I will be sourcing brand patterns, textures and imagery to compliment your brand.

06

brand board

This is it! Once you have approved your branding, I will create a Brand Board. Your Brand Board is a one-page style guide with logos, brand inspiration, colour palette, font guide and patterns or textures.

07

wrapping up

You will be sent your final Branding Kit which includes every file and colour format you’ll need for your logo, as well as Colour Guide, Mood Board, Brand Board and/or Brand Style Guide.

add ons

This is the stage in which we put your branding into action and create business cards, letter heads, a killer website or any other add on services you have opted for.

The process may be a little different if you have chosen different services, but this gives you an idea of the overall process and what to expect.
